Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for large-scale AI models.
- Lead the architectural vision for the company's 2026 roadmap, ensuring quantum readiness across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to optimize model performance.
- Conduct research on error correction techniques and noise mitigation strategies for near-term quantum devices.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and documentation protocols for quantum software development.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and their quantum counterparts.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
