Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify software functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and verify bugs using JIRA and bug tracking tools with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues and implement fixes efficiently.
- Perform regression testing on new builds to ensure no unintended side effects are introduced.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on testing goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
