Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage and prioritize the evening support ticket queue to ensure 99% customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide accurate guidance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless user experience during the evening hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer success.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on network, hardware, and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
