Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Design innovative product roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Author high-impact scenario planning reports for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-generation technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategists to cultivate deep expertise in emerging domains
- Present visionary keynotes at global innovation summits representing our thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field required
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major future-shaping projects delivered in the last 5 years
