Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform regular system updates and hardware maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software solutions.
- Answer inquiries regarding company policies and technology usage.
Qualifications
