Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning

- Produce high-impact future-state reports and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement organizational resilience strategies for technological and societal disruptions

- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders and boards to drive alignment and investment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional skills in scenario development, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience translating complex future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong track record of influencing C-level decisions and driving organizational change

- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state projects for Fortune 500 companies
