Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends and opportunities through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive scenario plans and roadmaps for long-term organizational adaptation
- Conduct horizon scanning across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Translate complex futures into actionable strategies for executive leadership
- Build and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at premier global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing C-suite-ready strategic frameworks
- Exceptional research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Outstanding communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
- Experience publishing industry-leading thought leadership
