Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital economies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and operations
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term market projections
- Produce annual Horizon Reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or C-suite innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executive-level strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (preferred)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic frameworks
