- Analyze emerging technologies, market signals, and socio-cultural shifts to identify high-impact opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making, quantifying risks and rewards of strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in partnership with R&D teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future-state concepts into actionable roadmaps for product development teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of successful scenario-planning implementations in high-stakes environments
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation mastery
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, CES, or similar forums
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
