Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for research collaboration
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy cycles
- Present findings to boards and investors as a thought leadership authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
