Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology horizon scanning framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive megatrends

- Partner with R&D to prototype and test futuristic solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Publish quarterly whitepapers on emerging paradigms (Web4.0, Bio-Intelligence, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and trend analysis methodologies
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks for next-generation tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
