Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
- Analyze global socio-technical shifts to inform product development
- Collaborate with venture capital team on emerging tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling agile methodologies in complex organizations
