Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market disruption scenarios (2026-2030)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate disruptive startup opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and data visualization
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or future trends
- Experience with AI-driven trend detection platforms (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology roadmaps across at least 2 sectors
