Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital products and services
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using predictive analytics tools
- Mentor junior futurists and establish internal innovation incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization and market disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
