Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future volatility
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future demand
- Present findings at industry conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior futurists and curate future-focused research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
