Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and translate insights into strategic blueprints
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed future-readiness into product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into enterprise value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in industry foresight publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
