Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Design and implement innovation sprints focused on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging trends
- Partner with R&D to align technological roadmaps with future market demands
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
