Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports identifying disruption vectors in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design and execute horizon-scanning processes to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and futurist collaborators
- Integrate futures thinking into corporate innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Deep technical understanding of AI, Web3, and biotechnology convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
