Responsibilities

- Present findings to executive stakeholders and influence high-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and futurists
- Author thought leadership content and publish industry trend reports
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology, Sociology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
