Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-year technology strategy, identifying emerging technologies that will define the enterprise landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- Pilot Program Management: Conceptualize, prototype, and validate experimental technologies (e.g., advanced AI agents, neuromorphic computing) to determine their viability for production.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise the C-suite and engineering leadership on long-term technical investments and architectural shifts required to meet future scalability demands.
- Talent & Culture Building: Foster a culture of innovation by recruiting top-tier futurists and engineers passionate about solving unsolvable problems.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Aether Dynamics stays ahead of competitors in the race for the next generation of computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends (specifically AI evolution, Blockchain 2.0, or Quantum Readiness) and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of driving innovation in ambiguous environments with limited immediate data.
