Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of coffee station, equipment, and seating areas
- Train and mentor junior staff on brewing standards and customer engagement protocols
- Manage inventory control and order supplies to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
