Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on product knowledge and service excellence
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and specialty ingredients
- Develop seasonal drink menus and contribute to flavor innovation
- Maintain pristine workspace and ensure adherence to health/safety protocols
- Deliver personalized customer experiences while driving repeat business
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements and cost controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience in specialty coffee environments
- Advanced certification from SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to train and lead barista teams effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Basic cash management and POS system proficiency
