Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, floors, and restrooms regularly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
