Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium provided equipment
- Engage customers with product knowledge and exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment per health standards
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Support inventory management of coffee supplies
- Participate in seasonal menu development and tasting events
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
