Responsibilities
- Brew high-quality espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks to customer specifications.
- Operate, clean, and maintain professional espresso equipment provided by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and answering inquiries about our menu.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and inviting workspace.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food and beverage orders are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
