Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and teas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the espresso machine and dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
- Upsell products and inform customers about daily specials and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for our team culture.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
