Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Train new team members on brewing techniques and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
