Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Lead customer interactions with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Train and mentor new baristas on operational excellence
- Maintain pristine café environment and inventory management
- Develop seasonal drink menus and suggest innovative flavor profiles
- Collaborate with management on store performance initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience
- Advanced certification in espresso preparation preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification required
