Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing and latte art techniques to create visually stunning beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order customization
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation and service standards
- Develop seasonal menu items and participate in coffee tastings
- Manage inventory ordering and quality control for premium coffee beans
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with zero-tolerance for mediocrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art samples
- Expert knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and extraction methods
- Ability to work high-volume shifts while maintaining precision and speed
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
