Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks following recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing product training and menu development
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
