Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other provided equipment
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service
- Maintain spotless cleanliness in all coffee stations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink innovations
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
