Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at VIP entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event management teams
- Execute setup/breakdown procedures for event infrastructure
- Handle ticket scanning, credential verification, and attendee inquiries
- Assist with emergency response procedures and incident reporting
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate event spaces efficiently
- Must pass mandatory background check
