Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at luxury events, including VIP receptions and corporate functions
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns following venue specifications
- Manage guest flow, registration, and VIP access protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to maintain event timelines
- Handle cashless transactions and premium service operations
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Represent Alaska Elite Events with polished professionalism and cultural awareness
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-end hospitality or event staffing experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and Alaska hospitality knowledge
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with cashless payment systems preferred
