Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment per brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold health and safety regulations consistently
Qualifications
