Responsibilities
- Execute espresso extraction and beverage preparation with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage daily inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and workspace
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience required
- Expert-level knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings
