Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups, breakdowns, and logistics coordination
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, wayfinding, and information assistance
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety compliance and optimal guest flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational challenges
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory during event execution
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
