- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Execute venue setup, decor placement, and operational logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and fellow staff for seamless operations
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Assist with post-event breakdown and venue restoration
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
