Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain venue safety protocols
- Manage event registration, ticket scanning, and guest check-in processes
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of event spaces including furniture, decor, and equipment
- Assist with crowd control, wayfinding, and resolving guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to event supervisors
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and courteous interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality, customer service, or venue operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue transfers
- Basic knowledge of event setup and AV equipment preferred
- Professional demeanor with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
