Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, AV gear, and signage
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and venue navigation support

- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with provided equipment
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all events
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Charlotte
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
