Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and food items according to strict company standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and making every customer feel welcome.
- Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Efficiency: Operate coffee brewing equipment and POS systems efficiently, especially during peak morning and lunch rushes.
- Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Inventory: Assist in daily inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure the shop is fully stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and Latte Art is a distinct plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts to meet business demands.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
