Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and breakdown according to venue specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, wayfinding, and assistance
- Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to coordinate event logistics
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and resolve issues proactively
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
