Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and crowd management
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests and event attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain event timelines
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during all events
- Manage inventory and equipment distribution for various event setups
- Resolve attendee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in post-event breakdown and venue restoration activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Proficiency with event management software and basic AV equipment
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
