Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at diverse events (concerts, weddings, corporate functions)
- Manage venue operations including crowd control, ticket scanning, and seating coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure per venue requirements
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document shift activities and report operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid NY state ID and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work in diverse environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
