Responsibilities
- Execute guest registration and check-in procedures with precision and professionalism
- Manage venue operations including seating, crowd control, and safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for seamless operational flow
- Set up and break down event infrastructure according to specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Valid California driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Availability for at least 3 events monthly
