Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium equipment provided
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management of coffee beans and supplies
- Develop product knowledge through ongoing training sessions

Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to master brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
