Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal drinks
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product knowledge
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of workstations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
