Responsibilities
- Greet and guide attendees with professional demeanor
- Manage guest flow and enforce venue protocols
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment logistics
- Respond to attendee inquiries with clear communication
- Monitor crowd safety and report concerns to supervisors
- Distribute materials and manage inventory as needed
- Uphold brand standards at all event touchpoints
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everyone!
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hrs)
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
