Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown including stage assembly, decor installation, and equipment staging
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at entrance points
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue protocols during high-traffic periods
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations
- Conduct post-event cleanup and venue restoration according to specifications
- Submit shift reports detailing attendance, incidents, and operational notes
Qualifications
- Must be available to start within 48 hours of application
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event terminology preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus
