Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down event equipment per venue requirements
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at entry points
- Operate provided audiovisual and lighting systems
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Report equipment issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to Dallas event venues
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment is beneficial
- Professional appearance and punctuality required
