Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown using provided equipment
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-ins
- Operate technical gear (sound, lighting, AV) with training
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators
- Maintain equipment inventory and report issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout events
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Basic tech proficiency (smartphone, tablets)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- No prior experience neededâtraining included
- Valid Texas ID required
